Cancellation Policy
Please arrive on time to your appointment with all necessary documentation for your appointment. You are only allowed one complimentary reschedule. After multiple cancellations or reschedule, you may be charged an appointment fee. PLEASE NOTE: No refund quotes or estimates are given during consultations. They are only given once taxes are prepared by our office and fees are paid.
